Refunds
Failed generations return credits, not cash. A credit pack can be refunded only as stated below.
Who we are
24CarTrend operates this service from China.
Failed generations
If a generation fails, or the video provider blocks it after credits were reserved, those credits return to your balance automatically. That return is credits, not cash. A photo rejected before a job starts is not charged.
Credit pack refunds
A credit pack can be fully refunded within 7 days of purchase if none of its credits have been used. Once any credit from that pack is used, the purchase is non-refundable. Email support@24cartrend.fun to ask.
