Terms of service
By using 24CarTrend.fun you agree to these terms. The service is for lawful, authorized creation only. Please read them together with the safety and copyright pages.
Who we are
24CarTrend operates this service from China.
Your account
You must be 18 or older and sign in with a Google account that you control. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Your rights and consent
Upload only a photo of yourself, and you must be 18 or older. Public figures, celebrities and any other real person are not allowed, and there is no parody or fan-edit exception. The optional car photo must not show people or readable plates. You keep your rights in your photo and give us the limited permission needed to process it and deliver your video. You are responsible for how you publish or share the result.
Prohibited use
Never use 24CarTrend.fun to create any of these six categories of content: (1) sexual or intimate (NSFW) content; (2) violent or gory content; (3) hate speech that attacks people or groups; (4) content that endangers minors, including any photo of a minor; (5) deepfakes and deceptive impersonation, meaning presenting an AI video as real footage or faking a real person’s words or actions to mislead; (6) content that infringes copyright or trademark, including copyrighted characters, logos, brands and stolen media. Harassment, bullying, fraud, scams, defamation, attempts to bypass limits and abuse of the service are also banned. We may block generations, remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Reporting violations
If you see any video made with 24CarTrend.fun that breaks these rules — any of the six banned categories above, or any other misuse, not only copyright or likeness issues — report it by emailing support@24cartrend.fun. Tell us the type of problem (for example NSFW content, impersonation or trademark infringement) and include the video link or generation ID if you have it.
Anyone can report, with or without an account. We confirm receipt within two business days and aim to resolve reports within five business days. The safety page explains how we review reports and what we do with violations.
Credits and delivery
Credits are bought in one-time packs through our payment processor, do not expire, have no cash value and cannot be transferred. Credits reserved for a generation are returned if it fails or is blocked. That return is credits, not cash. A credit pack can be fully refunded within 7 days of purchase if none of its credits have been used. Once any credit from that pack is used, the purchase is non-refundable. Email support@24cartrend.fun to ask. The price and credit cost of each resolution are shown before you pay and before you generate.
Music and motion
Each video is a new 16:9 MP4 of 10 seconds, generated from your photo and an optional car photo. It stars the person in that photo. We do not include the trend song. A royalty-free soundtrack is mixed into the file; its source and CC0 license are recorded in the project. When you post on TikTok or Instagram, add the trend sound from that platform’s music library if you want it. The exact car, pose and movement are not guaranteed.
AI labeling
Videos made with 24CarTrend.fun are AI-generated. When you share one, label it as AI-generated and never present it as real footage. We do not add that label to the file.
AI limitations
Outputs may contain visual artifacts and may not preserve a face or build perfectly. We may block unsafe inputs and remove content after a valid rights complaint or a confirmed report.
No affiliation
24CarTrend.fun is an independent tool and is not affiliated with UNO, Mattel, Porsche, or any other card game, toy or car brand, or with the creators of the trend video or its audio.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
